Review summary
Reviewers describe Tribes Amsterdam South Axis SOM as a well-furnished, modern office space with a beautifully decorated interior and a convenient central location. Good WiFi, friendly staff, and quality coffee are noted as positives. However, critical reviews raise significant concerns: one tenant reported air conditioning failures lasting several weeks with no adequate resolution from building management, and a security concern about cleaning contractors having unrestricted access card entry to locked offices. Another reviewer flagged a consistently unmanned reception desk with no response when calling the provided emergency number.

Stood for a closed door several times, no one behind the reception desk to open the door. There is a little card on the window that tells you to call a phone number for when there's no one behind reception desk.... but never has anyone responded to that either. It's annoying, really.

This is the last place you want to go for office. The aircon are not working for weeks and then building management did nothing. We have to work in a close room with 28 degree for weeks. The cleaning/contractor hired by then building can pop up and grab a beer from the fridge even you lock your office, because they all have the access card.
