Review summary
Across 11 detailed Google reviews, members describe a polished, well-positioned workspace in one of Amsterdam's architecturally striking buildings, drawing professionals who value convenience alongside a professional atmosphere. Location is the most consistently praised aspect, with members repeatedly highlighting the address as a genuine asset — "wonderful location" surfaces in multiple accounts. The connectivity holds up well in practice, with reliable internet noted as a day-to-day strength, and the bright, contemporary interiors — described as "contemporary and chic" — contribute to a working environment that feels considered rather than generic. Coffee and drinks receive a quiet thumbs-up, and a small but present sense of community rounds out the daily experience, with members noting efforts toward networking among the companies sharing the floor. On the staff side, the reception team earns warm mentions, with one member singling out Kendra and her team as a key reason the space works well. That said, a couple of reviewers flag inconsistency in staff interactions, suggesting the experience can vary depending on who is on duty. The honest gaps are worth noting for anyone evaluating the space carefully. Pricing draws pointed comment — one member cites a figure of 541 euros per desk per month as a significant commitment. Equipment reliability is a recurring concern, with air conditioning in particular described as struggling to cope. Noise management also surfaces as an issue, with open-floor sound levels occasionally disrupting focus when louder teams are present.
Members most consistently praise Location, Staff & service, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

This building has constant issues with AC not being able to support a comfortable temperature at summer, often broken. Other things like water and electricity supplies also brake pretty often. Would not recommend to rent if you care about working conditions
