At 1 Strawinskylaan, World Trade Center Amsterdam isn't just an address — it's an ecosystem where 300+ international companies, from corporate heavyweights to purpose-driven start-ups, share one of the Netherlands' most recognisable skylines. Certified WELL Gold and fully gasless, WTC Amsterdam is among the city's most sustainable business addresses, built for the people who build tomorrow. Workspaces range from 25 to 10,000 m², all flooded with natural light and served by a fully staffed reception, high-speed Wi‑Fi, bike storage, and on-site car parking. Beyond the desk, the WTC Live programme brings the community together through expert salons, thought-leadership talks, and regular networking drinks — the kind of cross-pollination that turns neighbours into collaborators. Panoramic views across the Zuidas canopy, step-free access throughout, and a direct walkway to Amsterdam Zuid station make this as practical as it is aspirational. Rated 4.6 on Google, it earns that score.
1 Strawinskylaan, 1077 XX, Amsterdam, Netherlands
World Trade Center Amsterdam sits at the heart of Zuidas — the Netherlands' premier financial and business district, home to international law firms, global banks, and a growing wave of purpose-led companies shaping European commerce. The immediate surroundings balance intensity with calm: Beatrix Park, just a short walk away, is a favourite for lunch-hour escapes, while George Gershwinplein square hosts community and cultural events throughout the year. Amsterdam Zuid station is directly accessible from the building — connecting you by train to Schiphol Airport in roughly six minutes, and by metro and tram to the city centre in minutes more. The nearest transit stop, Halte A Strawinskylaan RAI/Duivendregt, sits on the doorstep. For those arriving by car, on-site parking is available. The wider Zuidas neighbourhood continues to develop rapidly, with new restaurants, hotels, and retail adding texture to what was once a purely corporate corridor.
The building is located at Strawinskylaan 1, 1077 XX Amsterdam, in the Zuidas business district. Multiple entrances serve the different towers; reception desks are located in the main lobbies. The complex is directly accessible from Amsterdam Zuid station (train, metro, and tram). Car parking is available on-site. Lifts serve all floors throughout the building. Visitors should check in at reception upon arrival.

The World Trade Center Amsterdam stands as one of the most dynamic and recognizable business hubs in the Netherlands. Located right in the heart of the Zuidas district, it represents the country’s modern face of commerce — fast-moving, international, and increasingly focused on sustainability. Architecture & Atmosphere The complex has a solid corporate feel, with a mix of classic high-rise functionality and recent refurbishments that bring in more light, open areas, and modern design. It’s not the most visually daring building in Amsterdam, but it’s efficient and professional — a place built for getting things done. The glass façades and spacious atriums provide a sense of openness that offsets the dense Zuidas environment. Facilities & Convenience The WTC offers almost everything a professional could need: Flexible office spaces for startups and established firms alike. A wide range of restaurants, cafés, and bars, including solid after-work spots. On-site fitness center, conference rooms, and concierge services. Direct access to Amsterdam Zuid station — one of the best-connected transport hubs in the country (train, metro, tram, bus, and soon, direct line to Schiphol). The infrastructure is clearly designed with international business in mind. You can arrive, work, meet, eat, and leave — all without stepping outside if you don’t want to. Community & Work Culture The atmosphere here is fast-paced and globally oriented. You’ll find a mix of finance, legal, tech, and engineering firms — both Dutch and international. It’s not the place for creative chaos or artistic flair, but it’s a powerhouse for networking and serious business discussions. The WTC Business Club is active and well-organized, fostering a strong professional network. Sustainability & Modernization Recent renovations have shifted the WTC toward more sustainable operation — improved energy performance, smart lighting, and better air quality systems. It’s a positive move, though the building still carries some of the old-school corporate tone from the 1990s in certain wings. Overall Impression If you’re looking for a strategic, professional base in Amsterdam — with convenience, international atmosphere, and solid infrastructure — WTC Amsterdam delivers. It’s less about glamour and more about efficiency, credibility, and access.
