Strange experience. After paying the room with credit card, I didnt get receipt. Later on I recieved an e-mail with invoice. After contacting them, they said that invoice is their receipt and I dont have to pay the invoice. Straight copy from their message: "Meillä tuo lasku vastaa kuittia ALV erittelyineen, eikä meillä ole mahdollista saada tositetta mastercard suorituksista". After many e-mails, I finally got the receipt.
