Regus is an abomination of a company. They will overcharge you - how about 3K for a small office in Espoo, next to the toilet? They will trick you into 'signing' the long term agreement even if you asked for a monthly one. And won't terminate when you ask. And even when you ask for someone in charge they will never let you talk. Edit: The physical location is the one next to Iso Omena. Here's how they buried the cancellation link Account --> Products and Services --> Workspaces and Services --> Espoo, Iso Omena --> Active --> Office. From there you can select the office and End the agreement.

1) office is nice and personnel friendly 2) coffee machine of the 6th floor has been out of use or working randomly for the past 1-2 months 3) I have been consistently double-charged for the coffee contract. Extra invoices have led to the situation where I have been asked to pay penalties for the delays 4) I have asked a copy of my office contract two weeks ago. A ticket C-1800688-C6L6 was created, but I never received the contract. The only response was poll survey about how well the ticketed issue was handled
