beck Business Center Hamburg rents offices in the Ericusspitze, a design office building in the HafenCity by the Danish architect Henning Larsen. The operator has been providing office services for more than 20 years and started out helping foreign companies set up in Germany, which still shapes its offer today. There are two sizes of private office: a 'mid-size' office of about 15 m² for €950 a month and a 'premium-size' office of about 21 m² for €1,350 a month, both plus VAT and including service charges, heating and cleaning. The offices are prepared for your own network and phone line, can be furnished on request and can be cancelled with three months' notice to the end of a month. Tenants share the conference rooms for up to 40 people, with Wi-Fi, projector and conference phones, and a lounge with a Jura coffee machine and a well-equipped kitchen, while the reception team welcomes guests and takes in mail and parcels. Virtual offices with a visible company sign range from €60 a month for the basic package to €240 with same-day mail scanning, guest reception and occasional use of the conference rooms, all plus VAT. A Hamburg 040 phone number can be added, and parking spaces can be rented in the underground garage.

The business center sits at the Ericusspitze on the eastern edge of the HafenCity, opposite the headquarters of the news magazine DER SPIEGEL, with the Elbe and the harbour right on the doorstep. The Deichtorhallen, home to large exhibitions of contemporary art and photography, are a few minutes' walk away, and so are the green Lohsepark and the red-brick warehouses of the Speicherstadt. Meßberg and Steinstraße stations on the U1 are both about five minutes on foot, and the main station and the shopping streets of the city centre can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. If you come by car, the building's underground garage is reached via Poggenmühle, and there is a paid car park at the Deichtorhallen.
