Spaces Tower One brings private offices and team suites to one of Frankfurt's most recognisable addresses — Bruesseler Strasse 1-3, a glass tower that rises at the edge of the Europaviertel. The building spans five floors of workspace, each filled with natural light and open views across the Frankfurt skyline, making it a genuinely pleasant place to spend a working day. Practical touches matter here: car parking on site, fully equipped meeting rooms, a comfortable lounge area, and disabled-friendly facilities mean the space works for teams of different sizes and needs. One reviewer singled out the coffee, the WiFi, and the people — in that order — as reasons to come back. Whether you need a self-contained private office or a team suite with room to grow, the setup is designed for businesses that want a professional address without the friction of a long-term lease. A solid Frankfurt base for focused, flexible work.

The service and value for money are completely out of whack. We were tenants for a total of two years, although we would have liked to terminate the contract earlier, and were constantly bombarded with hidden fees, opaque terms and conditions, and contradictory information. Spaces/Regus as a coworking provider is not recommended. We had hoped for a modern and collaborative work environment and were unfortunately very disappointed.
