Review summary
Across 32 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Fitzrovia comes across as a professionally oriented workspace in a highly central London location, drawing members who value easy access to the heart of the city. The office sits within comfortable reach of surrounding neighbourhoods, and reviewers consistently highlight the convenience of its address as a baseline strength. The aspect that generates the most commentary by some distance is the staff. Members frequently single out reception team members by name — Ramona and Iliya are cited more than once for their communication and attentiveness — and the prevailing sense is that the human side of the operation softens friction that might otherwise deter members. The atmosphere is described as friendly yet professional, and a handful of reviewers appreciate the on-site cafe, on-demand meeting rooms, and a community feel that extends slightly beyond transactional desk use. A few mention reliable wifi and desks with natural light as quiet positives. Where the reviews grow more candid, a clear pattern emerges around facilities and billing. Equipment maintenance draws the most sustained criticism — heating reliability and basic upkeep of shared amenities are flagged repeatedly. Cleanliness, particularly in restrooms, is noted as falling short of expectations for the price point. Pricing itself attracts concern, with some members describing unexpected charges and billing that felt poorly communicated. The access system also earns a mention, with at least one reviewer finding the card-entry process confusing enough to require staff assistance on arrival.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Location, and Atmosphere. The most-raised point to know about is Equipment.

This is probably my favourite Spaces office due to the customer service. The location and inside is good but the gent that works at Reception is very chill, welcoming and down to earth - great office and work environment.

Great location and work environment. The service is top tier, particularly Arjay who really helped us out in finding room space to accommodate some of our staff visiting from overseas.

I’ve been working from Spaces Fitzrovia for just over two years, and it’s been a great experience. The atmosphere is friendly and professional, with a really positive energy throughout the workspace. The team are always welcoming and ready to help. A special mention to Illia, who is super helpful, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an enjoyable co-working environment in central London!

I've been going to Spaces Fitzrovia with my team for nearly four years now, it makes for a nice laid-back environment to work from. Iliya (and Ramona before she left!) at the front desk is always incredibly warm and welcoming, and goes out of his way to offer support where it's needed :)

I’ve been working from Spaces Fitzrovia for over a year now, and it’s such a lovely place to be. The location is perfect, close to lots of great cafés and excellent transport links, and the office building has a fantastic variety of facilities. But what really makes it special is the team at Spaces. Illia and his colleagues are incredibly professional, approachable, and always go the extra mile to help. Illia, in particular, is attentive and quick to resolve any issues, no matter how small. His friendly and supportive approach really makes a difference to the working environment and is such a credit to the company.
