The product is split across distinct floors, each with its own atmosphere. Pied à Terre is the quiet floor — ergonomic seating, ambient lighting, designed for deep focus. The Living Room and the Den shift from coworking by day to a members' bar and lounge by night, with full chef-led service from Mortimer House Kitchen. Mortimer House sits in the heart of Fitzrovia, a few streets back from Oxford Circus and bordered by Great Portland Street, Tottenham Court Road and the West End. Mortimer Street and Charlotte Street are the two main spines: independent restaurants like Berners Tavern, Lina Stores and Riding House Café are within five minutes on foot, while everyday cafés and lunch spots line every block. BBC Broadcasting House is two minutes away, the BT Tower rises above the rooftops and All Souls Langham Place anchors the southern end. For transport, Goodge Street tube on the Northern line is six minutes south and Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central, Victoria) is ten minutes; Tottenham Court Road station puts the Elizabeth line within easy reach for direct trips to Canary Wharf, Paddington and Heathrow. Not sure why the low reviews… the staff were so warm and welcoming; food was amazing and great for sharing with a big group. What not to like.

Disappointing brunch experience for a group of 10 - food and drink were very good and our servers were great, but the corkage policy on a birthday cake soured the visit.

Some of the wait and bar staff were outstanding, others dismissive. Food was mixed - the pork chop in particular was great. Cocktails well balanced and well presented.

Place is super central, with a nice atmosphere. Decent wine list and beers on tap. Food was not terrible though easily forgettable - probably a bit overpriced for what you get.
