Mortimer House is a design-led members' house and workspace inside a seven-storey Art Deco building on Mortimer Street, the Fitzrovia flagship of Maslow's. The product is split across distinct floors, each with its own atmosphere. Pied à Terre is the quiet floor — ergonomic seating, ambient lighting, designed for deep focus. The Living Room and the Den shift from coworking by day to a members' bar and lounge by night, with full chef-led service from Mortimer House Kitchen. Private studies furnish teams of 5 to 50 in offices that look more like residences than serviced workspace. Membership unlocks a full gym, a fitness studio with science-backed wellness programming, deskside dining and the rooftop bar. The atmosphere is hospitality-first and intentionally calmer than a typical serviced office — built for founders, agency leaders, writers and senior creatives who want workspace, recovery and community in one Art Deco building.
Enjoy the flexibility of a workspace that's open around the clock, catering to your unique work schedule.
Workspace is known for very modern architecture and interiour design

37-41 Mortimer Street, W1T 3JH, London, United Kingdom
Mortimer House sits in the heart of Fitzrovia, a few streets back from Oxford Circus and bordered by Great Portland Street, Tottenham Court Road and the West End. Mortimer Street and Charlotte Street are the two main spines: independent restaurants like Berners Tavern, Lina Stores and Riding House Café are within five minutes on foot, while everyday cafés and lunch spots line every block. BBC Broadcasting House is two minutes away, the BT Tower rises above the rooftops and All Souls Langham Place anchors the southern end. For transport, Goodge Street tube on the Northern line is six minutes south and Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central, Victoria) is ten minutes; Tottenham Court Road station puts the Elizabeth line within easy reach for direct trips to Canary Wharf, Paddington and Heathrow. Fitzrovia has retained more independent character than Soho or Marylebone, which is why agencies, production companies and senior creatives still cluster here.
Enter the seven-storey Art Deco building at 37–41 Mortimer Street and check in at ground-floor reception. Members and pre-booked guests are signed in and directed to the relevant floor: Pied à Terre quiet desks, Living Room & Den lounge coworking, Private Studies, gym and wellness studio, or the rooftop bar. The closest tube station is Goodge Street (5 minutes on foot); Oxford Circus is the next nearest at around 8 minutes.
Mortimer House membership starts from around £450 per month and includes coworking floors, lounges, the gym and the wellness studio. Private studies for teams of 5 to 50 are quoted on enquiry through the Maslow's sales team and depend on team size and licence length.

The Fitzrovia location, close to Soho and Marylebone, is noted as a convenient plus. Service is where opinions diverge sharply: many reviewers describe warm, attentive staff, while a recurring minority report rudeness or poor coordination, especially at larger events. My experience here was a nightmare. The staff were incredibly unprofessional. They took my exhibition down early and handled/transported my fine art to a secondary location without my permission. For six months, they refused to send photos of the work (making it impossible for me to safely insure and arrange collection), forcing me to practically beg for my own property back. The work was not damaged, making their refusal to cooperate feel entirely malicious. Furthermore, when I (rightly) asked them to remove social media posts related to me, they gaslit me for months—repeatedly claiming the posts were deleted while they remained publicly visible online. I have received zero apologies. They treated me with utter disrespect for no apparent reason.
