Review summary
Across 24 detailed Google reviews, Spaces Cannon Street reads as a City-of-London coworking address that trades heavily on its financial-district position, with members repeatedly calling the location "unbeatable" for its proximity to Cannon Street station and the surrounding business core. Staff are the most-discussed aspect in the reviews, and the balance is broadly warm — several members single out individual team members by name for going beyond the expected, with one describing customer service as "excellent, especially the way Hamza assisted me." The on-site café earns a quiet mention for its selection, and members who have used the meeting rooms point to well-equipped spaces with notable views over the city. Where the reviews grow more pointed is on the operational fundamentals. WiFi is the most-criticised single aspect: members consistently describe a system that logs users out repeatedly, making sustained remote work frustrating rather than seamless. Natural light is a related concern — one reviewer does note "ample natural light which is very rare," but the majority flag dim or poorly lit areas as a genuine daily irritant. Cleanliness surfaces in multiple reviews as an unresolved gap, with the cleaning routine described by some as nearly absent. A handful of members also feel the general atmosphere skews more social than focused, which may suit drop-in visitors but disappoints those seeking a quieter, more professional setting. Taken together, the reviews suggest a well-located space whose infrastructure and upkeep do not yet match its address.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Location, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Light & space.

Nice and spacious offices with ample natural light which is very rare in most places in London. The lady at reception is very polite and friendly. They also have a cafe with a good selection. Overall, an amazing experience.

NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!! IWG – you stole our deposit again! It's almost £10,000! Enough is enough! IWG and Regus – it's the same company... You stole our deposit again! You are common thieves! You have already robbed us time and again under the guise of a bill for an overdue – non-existent service! You also extorted money for an "office renovation" that we rented without renovation, and the manager told us that in this case, we wouldn't have to pay for the renovation after we moved out... These are all lies! You have committed fraud. This is a criminal offense! If you don't immediately return the £4,224.80, I will attach invoices here as proof of your fraud and we will file a lawsuit against you. We have known about your deception for many years, and we will seek out other victims of your scams. You won't be happy. M. Anderson Andersons & Co. UK Ltd This time you deserve to be tear apart!
