OSiT St Paul''s is the boutique City of London centre in the Office Space In Town network, set in a classic English-inspired building at 20 Little Britain. The signature feature is six themed meeting rooms, each named after an English author — Shakespeare, Wilde, Dickens, Bronte, Austen and Christie — with interiors that nod to each writer''s era. Beyond the meeting rooms, residents get a hotel-style reception, a lounge that mixes traditional charm with modern finishes, a private outdoor courtyard and a series of quiet nooks tucked through the building for focused work. Private offices and meeting rooms suit professional services firms, law and finance teams, and visiting clients who expect City polish. The on-site team — repeatedly singled out in tenant reviews — handles meeting-room bookings, mail and packages, hospitality and event setup. Free bean-to-cup coffee, dedicated bandwidth, individually controlled air conditioning, showers, secure bike storage and an on-building Pure Gym round out the day-to-day.
20 Little Britain, EC1A 7DH, London, United Kingdom
The City of London core around St Paul''s is one of the capital''s most photographed neighbourhoods and a working business district at the same time. Step out of 20 Little Britain and you are minutes from St Paul''s Cathedral, Paternoster Square and One New Change, the rooftop-topped shopping centre with views back to the dome. Cheapside runs east toward the Bank of England with the standard lunch rotation — Pret, Leon, Itsu — alongside independents like the Market Place Food Hall on Cheapside. Smithfield and Bartholomew Close sit a short walk north, with neighbourhood restaurants such as Ibai and Lamb and Trotter on Little Britain itself. Transport is dense: St Paul''s tube on the Central line is four minutes away, Barbican covers the Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines, City Thameslink connects to Thameslink rail and Farringdon adds the Elizabeth line in seven minutes. Postman''s Park and the Barbican estate provide rare outdoor breathing room when the streets get busy.
OSiT St Paul's sits at 20 Little Britain, a short walk north of St Paul's Cathedral. Reception is at street level — head to the front desk on arrival and the team will sign you in and direct you to your office or meeting room. Step-free access and a lift serve all floors. Nearest tube is St Paul's (Central line) about a 4-minute walk south; Barbican (Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan) is 4 minutes north and City Thameslink rail is 4 minutes west. Secure bike storage and showers are on site. Pure Gym occupies a unit in the same building. Limited paid public car parks are nearby in One New Change and around Smithfield, but the area is best reached by tube or bike.

OSiT St Paul's offers a good office space and hospitality. The whole building is kept clean and tidy. The design of the client meeting area is amazing and our clients who visit us in the building also share a good comment about the space. Most of all, the OSiT team is very friendly and supportive. Nathan helped us with our networking event a couple of months ago. He even stayed late for us until all the guests left the building. Bronte has been helping us book meeting rooms. She patiently helped me book rooms for a series of training sessions when I was struggling to book rooms. Georgie has also been providing us with various office support. As we use postal services a lot, her support is very valuable for our business. The building is located in a convenient area in the City with easy access to various transport options. If anyone is looking for a service office space, I highly recommend OSiT St Paul's.

Would definitely recommend OSiT, I myself will be returning.

The OSIT team at St Paul's are absolutely brilliant. Nathan, Georgie, and Bronte are always super friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The space itself is great, really well looked after, and in such a great location. It's genuinely a lovely place to work, with a great vibe thanks to the OSIT team!
