Friendly and attentive staff. But the air quality is poor, the carpets are almost never cleaned—it's hard to breathe and causes coughing. They charge several months in advance. When leaving, you are forced to pay for "restoration" of the workplace, even if you left it in much better condition than before renting—€30 per square meter + VAT.
