It is a flex-desk-only space: a day ticket costs €25 for eight hours, and monthly memberships give you 5 days for €75, 10 days for €125 or the full month for €200, with access from 7:00 to 22:00 every day and check-in by app. Every membership includes stable fibre Wi-Fi, a printer, scanner and copier, a shared kitchen, premium coffee and tea, bike parking, a lounge, daily cleaning and a terrace in summer. Contracts run month to month and can be changed or cancelled five working days before the end of the month; there is a one-off admin fee of €25, and parking costs €20 a day. Short calls and quick meetings are fine as long as they don't disturb others. The space can be closed up to three times a month for community events, which members hear about in advance. It cannot be used as a registered business address.
