Unprofessional and misleading! I have had very disappointing experiences with Regus. Your incompetence and inability to provide clear and truthful information is appalling. After the contract was concluded, false statements were made, communication in the aftersales area was extremely poor and I felt ignored. The company is deceptive and it seems like customer service is not a priority for them. Keyword deposit I can only warn anyone not to enter into any agreement with Regus without double checking every detail. It is important to know exactly what you are signing and who you are negotiating with. These practices are far from what is considered professionalism and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Unprofessionell und irreführend ! Ich habe sehr enttäuschende Erfahrungen mit Regus gemacht. Ihre Inkompetenz und die Unfähigkeit, klare und wahrheitsgemäße Informationen zu geben, ist erschreckend. Nach Abschluss des Vertrags wurden falsche Aussagen gemacht, die Kommunikation im Aftersales-Bereich war extrem schlecht und ich fühlte mich ignoriert. Das Unternehmen agiert täuschend, und es scheint, als ob Kundenservice bei ihnen keine Priorität hat. Stichwort Kaution Ich kann nur jeden davor warnen, sich auf irgendwelche Vereinbarungen mit Regus einzulassen, ohne jedes Detail doppelt zu überprüfen. Es ist wichtig, genau zu wissen, was man unterzeichnet und mit wem man verhandelt. Diese Praktiken sind weit entfernt von dem, was man unter Professionalität versteht, und ich würde es wirklich niemandem empfehlen.

Meine Firma buchte einen Besprechungsraum bei Regus für eintägige Workshops. Nach dieser Erfahrung war ich froh, dass wir dort keine Kunden hatten. Ich kam 15 Minuten vor Beginn an, um sicherzustellen, dass Technik und Raum vorbereitet waren. Ich durfte die Etage nicht betreten, nicht einmal den Wartebereich, da dieser erst um 9 Uhr öffnet. Es gab keine Einführung, wir mussten die Toiletten und die Funktionsweise selbst finden. Später ging ich zur Rezeption, um Hilfe mit der Klimaanlage zu bitten. Niemand da, außer drei Polizisten, die ebenfalls auf die Rezeptionistin warteten (sie dachten, ich wäre sie, lol). Wir hatten bei der Raumbuchung bereits Mittagessen bestellt. Unsere Bestellung wurde am Tag vor den Workshops um 16 Uhr „aus Kapazitätsgründen“ storniert. Als die Mitarbeiterin kam, um Kaffee nachzufüllen, bekamen wir trotz ihrer „Hilfe“ die Klimaanlage nicht zum Laufen, also kochten wir den Rest des Tages im Raum. Es gab keine Handseife auf der Toilette. Usw. … Nächstes Mal suchen wir uns einen anderen Raum zum Mieten.

My company booked one meeting room at Regus for having one day workshops. After this experience I was glad we had no customers meeting there. I arrived 15’ before the start to ensure tech & room are set up. Was not allowed to enter the floor, not even in the waiting area, because they open at 9. No intro was provided, we had to find the toilets & how stuff works on our own. Later I went to the reception to ask for help with the AC. No one there but 3 policemen also waiting for the receptionist (they thought I was her lol). We ordered lunch in advance, when we booked the room. Our order was cancelled at 4pm the day before the workshops “due to capacity reasons “. When the staff came to refill the coffee, even with her “help” we still didn’t get the AC working, so we boiled in the room for the rest of the day. There was no hand soap at the restroom. Etc… next time we’ll look for another space to rent.
