Unprofessional and misleading! I had a very disappointing experience with Regus. Their incompetence and inability to provide clear and truthful information is appalling. After the contract was signed, false statements were made, after-sales communication was extremely poor, and I felt ignored. The company operates deceptively, and it seems as if customer service is not a priority for them. Keyword deposit. I can only warn anyone against entering into any agreements with Regus without double-checking every detail. It's important to know exactly what you're signing and who you're negotiating with. These practices are far from what one would consider professional, and I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My company booked one meeting room at Regus for having one day workshops. After this experience I was glad we had no customers meeting there. I arrived 15’ before the start to ensure tech & room are set up. Was not allowed to enter the floor, not even in the waiting area, because they open at 9. No intro was provided, we had to find the toilets & how stuff works on our own. Later I went to the reception to ask for help with the AC. No one there but 3 policemen also waiting for the receptionist (they thought I was her lol). We ordered lunch in advance, when we booked the room. Our order was cancelled at 4pm the day before the workshops “due to capacity reasons “. When the staff came to refill the coffee, even with her “help” we still didn’t get the AC working, so we boiled in the room for the rest of the day. There was no hand soap at the restroom. Etc… next time we’ll look for another space to rent.
