Eiswerderstraße 16 sits on Eiswerder, a compact island within the Spandau district of western Berlin. The nearest U-Bahn station is Haselhorst on the U7 line, connecting the area directly to central Berlin via Spandau and onward to Neukölln and Rudow. The Havel river wraps around the island, giving the immediate surroundings an unusually calm, semi-industrial waterfront character — quite different from the dense street grids of Mitte or Prenzlauer Berg. Spandau's old town, with its cafés, supermarkets, and weekly market, is reachable in a short cycle or drive. We were here for a business networking event with a work meeting atmosphere. The facilities were superb, both technically and in terms of layout and design. Creativity is immediately stimulated there, not to mention the short walk to the water if you were planning a short walk to clear your head. I can only recommend it.

A fantastic coworking space on a small island in Eiswerder, perfect for events. We held our day-long workshop there, had everything we could wish for, from technology to catering, and were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the water at lunchtime. Everyone was thrilled.
