Eiswerderstraße 16
Eiswerder is an island in the Havel river (Spandauer See), north of the Spandau Citadel, connected to the east and west banks by bridges. Close to Spandau's centre yet a natural oasis, the island is home to a diverse range of wildlife – raccoons and even beavers are spotted on walks. In summer, the Havel is ideal for swimming, the lawns for sunbathing, and SUP board rentals are available for tours on the water. A fitness club with spa and shops are reachable on foot.
Eiswerder is centrally located in Spandau and easily reached on foot or by bike. By public transport, the island is connected on both sides: from Fernbahnhof/Rathaus Spandau by bus lines M36 or 136, or from U-Bahn Haselhorst (U7) by bus M36. Car access is possible, though parking is limited.

We were here for a business networking event with a work meeting atmosphere. The facilities were superb, both technically and in terms of layout and design. Creativity is immediately stimulated there, not to mention the short walk to the water if you were planning a short walk to clear your head. I can only recommend it.

A fantastic coworking space on a small island in Eiswerder, perfect for events. We held our day-long workshop there, had everything we could wish for, from technology to catering, and were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the water at lunchtime. Everyone was thrilled. Thanks also to Thomas Kukwa for the great support and help! Great space

This is where thoughts take flight. With its bright, spacious, and modernly designed rooms, smartspaces is the ideal place to work—alone or in groups. It's just a few steps to the water. Here, you can take a deep breath and recharge your batteries in the tranquility of nature. Overall impression: friendly, pleasant, and contemporary. My recommendation—off to the island of Eiswerder for coworking in smartspaces.

Very nice place, the interiors are well designed and have an excellent vibe as any modern office should and has great coffee too. The work desks are very convenient and ergonomic. Thomas is the best host.
