Meine Erfahrungen mit diesem Unternehmen sind äußerst enttäuschend. Bereits in den ersten Wochen unserer Zusammenarbeit öffneten sie wiederholt meine Post ohne meine Erlaubnis; ein schwerwiegender Vertrauensbruch und möglicherweise rechtswidrig. Trotz meiner ausdrücklichen Warnung setzten sie dieses Verhalten fort. Darüber hinaus musste ich diskriminierende Bemerkungen des Unternehmensvertreters in Telefonaten ertragen. Der respektlose Ton in späteren E-Mails, insbesondere der herabwürdigende Vergleich meiner Anliegen mit „Äpfeln und Birnen“, war ebenso inakzeptabel. Darüber hinaus änderte das Unternehmen einseitig die Preisstruktur, ohne mich vorher zu informieren. Sie informierten die Kunden am 27.01.2025 und erhöhten die Preise zum 01.01.2025. Ich wurde erst auf meine eigene Nachfrage über die Mieterhöhung informiert. Ihre Begründung lautete schlicht „steigende Betriebskosten“. Ich akzeptierte die Mieterhöhung nicht und beantragte die Kündigung des Vertrags, was mir unter solchen Umständen gesetzlich zusteht, doch sie lehnten meine Kündigung ab. Darüber hinaus berechnet dieses Unternehmen seinen Kunden für jede E-Mail-Antwort Gebühren, selbst wenn es um wichtige Vertragsthemen wie Mieterhöhungen geht. Nachdem sie auf meine Anfrage zur Mieterhöhung geantwortet hatten, berechneten sie mir tatsächlich eine zusätzliche Gebühr. Erst nachdem ich Beschwerde eingelegt hatte, strichen sie diese Gebühr von meiner Rechnung. Darüber hinaus erfüllte unser Vertrag nicht mehr die gesetzlichen Anforderungen an ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsräume für eine Autovermietung. Dies wird durch eine kürzlich ergangene Entscheidung des Verwaltungsgerichts Berlin (VG 11 L 20/25) bestätigt, die bestätigte, dass Coworking-Spaces für solche Unternehmen ungeeignet sind. Ich bat mehrmals um Kündigung meines Vertrags, doch der Leiter dieses Coworking-Spaces lehnte meine Kündigung weiterhin ab und behandelte mich wiederholt respektlos. Angesichts dieses Verhaltensmusters frage ich mich, ob ich aufgrund meiner Herkunft ungerecht behandelt wurde. Aus all diesen Gründen kann ich diesen Coworking-Space, insbesondere unter der aktuellen Leitung, nicht empfehlen. „Ich halte es für wichtig, meine Erfahrungen öffentlich zu teilen, und werde dies auch in anderen öffentlichen Foren tun.“
