Unfortunately, I can’t really recommend this coworking space. Booking has already turned out to be much more complicated and time-consuming than you would expect for a modern coworking space. The booking request was made on Saturday morning and was no longer processed over the weekend. I only received a confirmation on Monday morning. The booking then had to be completed on the website (payment via Paypal not possible). But unfortunately it didn't end there. To access the Office, you first had to download another app, which you could then use at SleevesUp! You first had to apply for an activation code and then enter it into the access app. If I understand it correctly, the procedure is different at other coworking space locations, which means the app is unusable there. The whole process of booking and making sure you actually got in probably took 25 minutes. At first I was alone in the coworking space itself; the reception was not staffed at 9:30 a.m. (only once briefly around lunchtime). The desk assigned to me was dirty (see picture). The evening I left, a long-term tenant complained to me about how dirty everything was and showed me the microwave, which was completely filthy. The water dispenser did not dispense sparkling water, even though this option was available. All in all, of course, the cheapest coworking in Frankfurt, but clean is different...

Since the libraries were closed, I booked a place in the Open Space for several months to prepare for my exams. Here is my experience report: The workstations are surrounded by offices, so quiet learning/working is not possible for customers due to the thin glass shielding of the offices. The temperature in the building cannot be regulated. In summer it is unbearably hot and in winter we had to set up private fan heaters to be able to study. There is a shared kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. It's a given that you clear your own dishes. But as a paying customer you don't want to clear away someone else's dishes. Here the behavior of the “office manager” was noticed extremely negatively in the kitchen. "While you're at it, you're welcome to clean up the dishwasher too."> It would be more advantageous here if the "office manager" helped herself instead of leaving notes on wet dishes. Furthermore, the office manager is very rarely in the office. This resulted in postmen and other interested parties constantly ringing the bell. Here you were faced with the choice of possibly making yourself liable for damages by allowing third parties access to the building or by receiving packages!!! To avoid having to endure the constant ringing. Furthermore, the office manager did not inform us that we were missing a certificate of study for the coming semester (student discount), so that all students were charged around 40 euros too much. In the end, it was correct but very questionable on a personal level, considering that, for example, we carried a refrigerator into the building at the request of the office manager. Strangely, this means that the relationship between customer and service provider can only be dissolved to the detriment of the customer. Of course there was no money back. When I returned my card, she didn't want to confirm receipt because I was supposed to have handed in another card. Strangely enough, they didn't want to tell me whose card I supposedly handed in until I asked for it. The result is a stylish but very poorly managed office.
