Ich war erneut im Regus Stuttgart Königstraße, diesmal war der Aufenthalt besonders enttäuschend. 1. Der Kaffee war miserabel. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass die Maschine zwar täglich mit Tabs gereinigt wird, eine jährliche Grundreinigung aber nicht vorgesehen ist. 2. Der fenst erlose Raum war sehr dunkel, etwa ein Drittel der Lampen war defekt. 3. Die Raumtemperatur war deutlich zu niedrig, es war unangenehm kalt. 4. Der bereitgestellte Fernseher für Präsentationen war defekt. Abhilfe wurde zwar geschaffen, allerdings mit einem kleinen Display Insgesamt war die Arbeitsumgebung heute nicht auf dem erwarteten Niveau.

Meiden Sie diese Regus-Filiale! Mir wurde ein virtuelles Büro in der Curiestraße 2 verkauft, die Adresse erwies sich jedoch als ungültig für die GmbH-Registrierung in Deutschland. Nachdem ich den Service gekündigt hatte, wurde meine Karte ohne meine Zustimmung erneut belastet und mir wurde sogar eine weitere Rechnung ausgestellt. Weder die Mitarbeiter vor Ort noch der Kundenservice reagierten. Ich habe bereits eine Beschwerde beim deutschen Verbraucherschutz eingereicht und eine Rückbuchung über meine Bank veranlasst. Ausländer und Startups sollten besonders vorsichtig sein. Anbei finden Sie die Originalrechnung, aus der hervorgeht, dass Regus mir am 6. Mai 2025 171,40 € für einen letztendlich unbrauchbaren Service berechnet hat. Hinweis für chinesische Nutzer: Diese Adresse kann nicht zur Registrierung eines deutschen Unternehmens verwendet werden; das virtuelle Büro ist ungültig und die Gebühren wurden unberechtigt abgebucht!
