I was at the Regus Stuttgart Königstraße again, and this time the stay was particularly disappointing. 1. The coffee was terrible. When I asked about it, I was told that while the machine is cleaned daily with tablets, an annual deep cleaning is not part of the routine. 2. The windowless room was very dark, and about a third of the lights were broken. 3. The room temperature was far too low; it was uncomfortably cold. 4. The television provided for presentations was broken. A temporary solution was found, but it involved a small screen. Overall, the work environment today was not up to the expected standard.

Avoid this Regus location. They sold me a virtual office at Curiestrasse 2, but the address turned out to be invalid for GmbH registration in Germany. After I canceled the service, they charged my card again without consent and even issued another invoice. No response from local staff or billing support. I've already filed a complaint with the German consumer protection authority and initiated a chargeback through my bank. Foreigners and startups, be very careful. Attached is the original invoice showing that Regus charged me €171.40 on May 6, 2025 for a service that turned out to be unusable. Note to Chinese users: This address cannot be used to register a German company; the virtual office is invalid and charges were forcibly deducted!
