Called their office to ask the price - sales guy answered with counter-questions, then hung up. Never named the price. Such a poor service, very disappointed

Great experience at the Regus Stuttgart Königsbau‑Passagen. The two ladies at reception were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Service felt professional from the moment I arrived. The space is clean and well organized. There is a very comfortable lounge area that works well for short visits or quick meetings. One highlight is the large outdoor balcony, a great place to step outside and take a break. Coffee and cappuccino are available for purchase. There is no separate fresh water dispenser, so water is either from the sink or bottled water you can buy. Overall the facility is clean, professional, and well run. I would definitely use this Regus location again.

They asking to create support tickets, but this tickets don’t go anywhere. At the beginning they said they will make restoration of my office and provide furniture. In the end they didn’t provide it, nor done restoration. But they charged restoration fee and didn’t return retainer. Support didn’t answer.

Staff only available from 8:30 a.m., many rooms are not air-conditioned, there is no water dispenser, coffee costs €1.80, toilets do not have paper, and Wi-Fi is poor...
