Floor-to-ceiling windows make the space bright and generous, and a private roof terrace looks out over the city centre and the Schlossgarten. Members work in an open-space coworking area with flexible desks, air conditioning, phone booths, lockers and a club café and kitchen, and coffee from local roasters, tea, water and fruit are free. A day pass costs €39, a Hot Desk €199 a month, a Night Desk for evenings, weekends and holidays €79 and a Private Desk with 24/7 access €299. Lockable offices with 24/7 access and a business address run from the Smart Studio for one or two people at €1,235 a month to the Corporate Suite for four to six at €3,000. Two conference rooms for up to 8 and 14 people cost €49 and €59 an hour and a day office for two €39, with half price for members. A business address costs €149 a month and a virtual office €239. Prices are net of VAT on 12-month terms, and the club is dog-friendly.
