Ich rief im Büro an, um nach dem Preis zu fragen. Der Verkäufer stellte mir Gegenfragen und legte dann auf. Er nannte mir nie den Preis. Wirklich schlechter Service, ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung im Regus Stuttgart Königsbau-Passagen. Die beiden Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service war vom ersten Moment an professionell. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und gut organisiert. Es gibt einen sehr komfortablen Loungebereich, der sich ideal für kurze Besuche oder kurze Besprechungen eignet. Ein Highlight ist der große Balkon – perfekt, um kurz an die frische Luft zu gehen und eine Pause einzulegen. Kaffee und Cappuccino sind erhältlich. Es gibt keinen separaten Wasserspender, daher kann man sich entweder am Wasserhahn bedienen oder Flaschenwasser kaufen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sauber, professionell und gut geführt. Ich würde dieses Regus-Hotel definitiv wieder besuchen.

Sie baten um die Erstellung von Support-Tickets, aber diese Tickets führten zu nichts. Anfangs sagten sie, sie würden mein Büro restaurieren und Möbel bereitstellen. Letztendlich stellten sie weder die Möbel bereit noch führten sie die Restaurierung durch. Sie verlangten jedoch eine Restaurierungsgebühr und zahlten die Anzahlung nicht zurück. Der Support antwortete nicht.
