The surrounding area is characterised by low-rise commercial and light-industrial development typical of Ratingen's western districts — functional, car-friendly, and with easy access to the A44 and A52 motorways that connect the wider Rhine-Ruhr region. On-site parking at the centre removes the need to hunt for street spaces. Several restaurants and everyday amenities are within a short drive or a walkable distance along the Kaiserswerther Strasse corridor. Ratingen itself is a mid-sized town in the Mettmann district with a well-developed business infrastructure, making it a practical base for companies that serve clients across the Düsseldorf, Neuss, and Essen triangle without needing a city-centre address. The town's own rail station (Ratingen Ost) is a few kilometres to the east, with S-Bahn connections into central Düsseldorf.

Review summary
Across 23 detailed Google reviews, this Regus location on Kaiserswerther Straße comes across as a well-run professional workspace in Ratingen, well connected to the wider Düsseldorf area by public transport. The single most consistent theme in member feedback is the staff. Reviewers describe a "fantastic reception team" that is reliably friendly and helpful, with 17 of the 23 reviewers raising this point — a signal that the front-of-house experience shapes the day-to-day feel of the space more than almost anything else. That warmth carries into the broader atmosphere, which members repeatedly call pleasant and conducive to focused work. Cleanliness is another point of pride, with members noting the premises are very tidy and well-maintained, while the quieter working environment earns praise from those who need genuine concentration time. Beyond the core workspace, members point to a handful of extras that lift the experience: a canteen with seating for breaks, green space nearby suited to short walks, and premises described as superbly furnished. The location itself draws positive comments, particularly around the ease of reaching it by public transport. One honest gap surfaces around pricing. A small number of members flag that the cost structure feels opaque and that discount offers can be misleading — something worth investigating before committing to a membership or contract. The staff reputation is strong enough that most reviewers remain positive overall, but transparency on pricing is an area where the experience falls short of the welcome members receive at the desk.

I happened to stop by this Regus office while traveling and needed a place for a quick client meeting. The office turned out to be excellent - cozy, clean, and very comfortable for business. A special thanks to Anthony, the manager, who truly puts his heart into the work. Great experience overall! — Ivan

Absolutely not recommended! My experience with Regus in Ratingen was unfortunately characterized by unprofessionalism and an untrustworthy demeanor. Their pricing is opaque and unclear. They lure customers with supposed "discount offers" to schedule an appointment, but these offers turn out to be false.
