We signed an office services contract with Regus Hasehaus Osnabrück on October 25th. On the same day, we were instructed to send proof of payment (transfer receipt) for the first monthly prepayment in order to set up the online office services. Now, the monthly prepayments must be made on the 15th of the month preceding the month in which the services are to be provided. As a result, the first two invoices included services that were not used. These were subsequently credited. Since the start of the contract, a direct debit authorization has been required; if this is not provided, another monthly prepayment is due. This has nothing to do with reducing our daily office workload. Unfortunately, with Regus, we only have more work.
