Ich habe leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Standort gemacht. Bin seit ca. 6 Monaten in dem Büro und es ist wirklich nicht auszuhalten. Seit mehreren Monaten war eine von mir zusätzlich gebuchte IT-Leistung (externe IP-Adresse) nicht funktionsfähig. Trotz mehrfacher Meldungen und wiederholter Nachfragen wurde das Problem über einen sehr langen Zeitraum nicht gelöst. Der IT-Support konnte mir keine funktionierende Lösung bereitstellen und die Kommunikation gestaltete sich insgesamt schwierig. Teilweise musste ich lange auf Rückmeldungen warten. Die Geschäftsführung ist ebenfalls nicht zu erreichen und sind auch nicht bereit eine Lösung zu finden. Bleibt fern von dem Center, besser noch von Regus.

Service vor Ort war freundlich, Räume in Ordnung. Was man aber wissen sollte: Nach Auszug wurde mir für ein Büro automatisch ein „Bürowiederherstellungsservice“ von über 1.000 € berechnet. In den Unterlagen nur in AGB/Hausordnung erwähnt, beim Abschluss jedoch nicht klar erklärt. Für etwas Reinigung wirtschaftlich nicht nachvollziehbar und aus meiner Sicht unangemessen hoch. Wirkt wie eine nachträgliche, pauschale Zusatzbelastung. Wer hier mietet, sollte sich alle Auszugs- und Zusatzkosten vorher schriftlich und mit konkreten Beträgen bestätigen lassen.
