The centre offers move-in ready private offices suited to sole traders, small teams, and established companies that need a professional address without a long-term lease commitment. Flexible terms mean tenants can scale space up or down as headcount changes. Putzbrunner Strasse 71-73, 81739, Munich, Germany
Regus Munich Perlach sits in Neuperlach, Munich's established southeastern commercial district, approximately 10 km from the city centre. The area is home to a significant cluster of technology, engineering, and corporate offices, making it a familiar business address for companies operating in that corridor. Putzbrunner Strasse runs through a predominantly commercial and light-industrial zone, with everyday amenities — supermarkets, bakeries, and lunch options — reachable on foot or by a short drive. The centre is well positioned for car commuters, with direct access from the A8 and A99 motorways and on-site parking available. Public transport connections exist via nearby S-Bahn and U-Bahn links serving the broader Neuperlach area, though the immediate surroundings are more car-oriented than Munich's inner districts. Munich Airport is accessible in roughly 30–40 minutes by car via the ring road, which suits teams with regular travel requirements.
To reach Regus Peak, enter through the main entrance into a modern lobby, and use the elevators to ascend to the Regus Peak offices, with clear floor numbering and signage available for guidance. Upon arriving at your destination, the Regus Peak reception area awaits, where staff members are ready to assist you. We look forward to your visit and are here to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
Regus Munich Perlach offers private offices on flexible terms. The centre also provides access to meeting rooms and a communal lounge area for breaks or informal conversations.
Review summary
The available reviews for Regus Munich Peak are predominantly critical. IT support is the most frequently mentioned concern, with multiple reviewers describing it as unable to provide working solutions, including issues with external IP connectivity. Temperature control draws consistent criticism — the space is described as too cold in winter and too hot in summer. One reviewer reported an unexpected office restoration charge exceeding €1,000. The review base is limited and does not cover the full range of the space's characteristics, but the recurring themes point to operational issues worth being aware of.

Unfortunately, I've had very bad experiences with this location. I've been working in the office for about six months, and it's truly unbearable. For several months, an additional IT service I booked (an external IP address) hasn't been working. Despite multiple reports and repeated inquiries, the problem remained unresolved for a very long time. IT support couldn't provide me with a working solution, and communication was generally difficult. Sometimes I had to wait a long time for a response. Management is also unreachable and unwilling to find a solution. Stay away from this center, or better yet, from Regus altogether.

The on-site service was friendly, and the premises were fine. However, it's important to know that after moving out, I was automatically charged over €1,000 for an "office restoration service" for one of the offices. This was only mentioned in the terms and conditions/house rules and wasn't clearly explained during the signing process. It's not economically justifiable for a bit of cleaning and, in my opinion, unreasonably high. It seems like a retroactive, flat-rate additional charge. Anyone renting here should have all move-out and additional costs confirmed in writing beforehand, with specific amounts listed.
