Signature Staatsoper sits on Maximilianstrasse 13, one of Munich's most iconic addresses, offering private offices and team suites in a setting that feels genuinely distinct from a generic business centre. The building's location — steps from the Bavarian State Opera and surrounded by the city's most elegant boulevard — gives everyday work a quiet sense of occasion without the stuffiness. Inside, the workspace is set up for focused, productive days: meeting rooms for client-facing sessions, a lounge area for breaks between calls, and a cafeteria and vending machine on hand so you're never hunting for coffee. Car parking removes one of Munich's perennial headaches, and disabled-friendly equipment means the space is accessible to the full range of users. With a 4.2 Google rating and a location that impresses clients on arrival, Signature Staatsoper suits small teams and established professionals who want a prestigious Munich address backed by a real, functional workspace.

Maximilianstrasse 13, 80539, Munich, Germany
Maximilianstrasse is Munich's most celebrated boulevard — a wide, tree-lined avenue connecting the Bavarian State Opera at one end with the Maximilianeum (home of the Bavarian parliament) at the other. The street is lined with high-end boutiques, international embassies, and landmark architecture, giving the address an immediate professional credibility that few Munich locations can match. The surrounding Altstadt-Lehel district is walkable and well-served: the Nationaltheater stop on the U4/U5 lines is within a short walk, and the city's central S-Bahn hub at Marienplatz is reachable in minutes. A range of cafés, restaurants, and the English Garden — Munich's expansive urban park — are close by, making it easy to step away from the desk for a proper lunch or an evening wind-down. Car parking is available at the venue, which is a genuine advantage in this part of central Munich.
Enter through the main entrance located at Maximilianstraße 13. Proceed to the reception desk for check-in assistance. The offices are accessible during standard business hours, with strict security measures in place. Clients can utilize elevators for upper floors, and on-site parking is available for added convenience.
Signature Staatsoper offers private offices and team suites. Both options are suitable for small teams or established professionals who need a dedicated, enclosed workspace in central Munich.

Very poor service, sometimes incorrect billing, accounts are blocked, and bookings are canceled without contacting the customer or attempting to resolve the issue => absolutely not recommended! Customer service is completely unreachable and responds to inquiries with delays of days, sometimes weeks. In our current case, we wanted to upgrade our membership from 10 to unlimited days per month. Since Regus cannot process this without opening a new contract/account, we did so. The days already prepaid in the old account have not been refunded for over six months, and while a partial debit was acknowledged, it was never reflected in the account balance. As a result, there is a credit outstanding in the old account and a similar shortfall (Regus couldn't even manage to use the same value) in the new account. Now, this shortfall in the new account is causing bookings to be canceled and the account to be blocked for new bookings. The days already prepaid in the old account have not been refunded for over six months, and while a partial debit was acknowledged, it was never reflected in the account balance. Instead of speaking with us or checking our emails in customer service and addressing the issue, our account has been blocked for over a week, even though we're paying for the service (which, upon closer inspection, should even be illegal – since Regus is being paid for a service they're preventing by canceling it). Absurd – unacceptable, and an example of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company...
