⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of visiting the Regus Business Center on Nymphenburger Straße and was truly impressed. The premises are very clean, modern, and have a fresh and inviting atmosphere. I would especially like to commend the two receptionists – extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. You receive a warm welcome, your coat is taken, and everything is explained to you calmly. You immediately feel welcome. We were able to work in the business lounge. It has three tables with a total of six chairs in a very well-maintained area. There is also a kitchenette with a great bar and at least four bar stools, as well as additional seating. Everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The atmosphere is quiet and ideal for focused work. If you have your laptop with you and want to be productive in a pleasant environment, this is the place for you. The location is also excellent – very central, just two to three minutes from the city center and Königsplatz. Public parking is available; with a little searching, you can easily find a spot. There's also an underground parking garage (approx. €20 per day), depending on your preference. I'll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the business center!

The center is really small and the business lounge is not suitable for work. I got a subscription from work and wanted to try it out. Went there at 8:30 but the receptionist told me they only open the lounge at 09:00 so she made me wait outside for half an hour before she showed me the two coffee tables in a dark room. I essentially wasted an entire hour of work with this frustrating experience.
