Review summary
Across 10 detailed Google reviews, Signature Kranhaus South comes across as a well-appointed workspace occupying one of Cologne's most architecturally distinctive addresses, with the Kranhaus building itself lending an immediate sense of occasion to the working day. The aspect members return to most frequently is staff, and the picture is mixed but present throughout the feedback. On the positive side, reviewers appreciate the team's helpfulness and professionalism when they are available. The atmosphere earns consistent praise — members describe it as calm and conducive to focused work, with "very nice atmosphere" a phrase that recurs across multiple reviews. Food and drink provision also lands well, with several members singling out the coffee as genuinely good rather than merely functional. Meeting rooms draw equally reliable praise, with one reviewer noting that the conference spaces are "sehr gut ausgestattet" — well equipped with both technology and furniture for client-facing sessions. Where the space stands out is in the combination of a prestigious riverside setting, a welcoming ambience, and meeting facilities that reviewers feel reflect well on visiting clients. The honest gaps are worth noting. On staffing, a recurring concern is availability — "An der Rezeption ist nie jemand" captures a frustration several members share about finding the front desk unmanned. Cleanliness also draws criticism, with reviewers pointing to visibly dirty windows as a persistent issue. A handful of members additionally flag that both rent and ancillary services have become noticeably more expensive over time.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Coffee & food. The most-raised point to know about is Staff & service.

Absolutely, terrible. There's never anyone at reception. You wait forever, hoping someone will show up. Even calling the numbers doesn't work; you're simply ignored. This reception desk is not business-friendly at all; they wasted so much of my time, the time I simply don't have. It's outrageous! Don't go there!

I would like to share my extremely negative experiences at this location so that future tenants can better prepare for what to expect. About three years ago, I signed a lease with Regus. For the first few weeks, everything was fine, and I felt very comfortable. However, after Ms. A.C. left the company, things went downhill rapidly. The subsequent staff is unqualified, which regularly leads to problems (incorrect invoices, an unmanned reception area resulting in poor telephone accessibility and long waiting times on-site, and a very messy reception area). The male employees' attire also leaves much to be desired for a high-end location. All my complaints to Mr. K.G. over the past two years have failed to bring about any lasting improvement. When yet another invoice was incorrect recently, with charges simply added for something I hadn't authorized, I noticed that both the rent and other services had increased in price. When I asked why the price increase wasn't communicated transparently, I was simply referred to the terms and conditions and told that there was no obligation to provide such information. But it gets even better: since I disputed the direct debit for the penultimate incorrect invoice and haven't received a credit note for five weeks (!), I received an email today from the city manager, J.S., stating that the outstanding balance should be settled to avoid further costs. Furthermore, my account is currently blocked for this reason. So Regus makes a mistake, hasn't bothered to issue a credit note for weeks, and then has the audacity to send such a demand to a customer? I am truly appalled. I have since terminated my lease and made my decision: Never again Regus!!!

The way things are handled at the reception desk at "Signature by Regus" is absolutely outrageous, or rather, the lack thereof. There's never anyone at reception. You wait forever, hoping someone will show up. Even calling the other Regus offices doesn't work; you're simply ignored. This reception desk is not business-friendly at all; they wasted so much of my time, time I simply don't have. It's outrageous! Don't go there!
