This is a great location. I've rented an office here for my GmbH (limited liability company). The service is exceptionally good and perfectly suited to my needs. The offices are more traditional and not quite in the co-working style – exactly what I was looking for. I think the price, performance, and location are excellent.

I've visited at least 15 IWG offices (Regus and Spaces) worldwide, and the level of service Claudio provides here is unparalleled. You seriously wonder: am I in a 5-star hotel or a managed office? The offices are spacious and flooded with natural light. The location is central and convenient – right next to dm and Alnatura. For any company with the necessary budget: highly recommended.
