The website advertises parking, but there isn't any. The rooms lack natural light and aren't very well lit. The office has outdated hardware, coffee costs an extra €3.50, the air conditioning doesn't work, and it's 26 degrees Celsius in the office. All in all, not a highly recommended place to work.

Vorsicht:! ich war zuerst im neuen Wall 50 und dann in der HafenCity. Mehrere Jahre. Seit 5 Monaten warte ich auf die zu viel abgebuchte Miete und meine Kaution. Keine Reaktion auf meine Aufforderung. Keine Mail, obwohl mir Herr Braun von der Regus-Leitung telefonisch im Dezember 2019 versprach, dass beides sofort überwiesen wird. — Also: keine Abbuchung zulassen! Nur auf Rechnung!!!! Ich werde jetzt die Anwaltskanzlei Appelhagen in Braunschweig über diese dubiosen Machenschaften informieren und beauftragen meine Interessen durchzusetzen. - Nie wieder Regus!
