Review summary
Across 44 detailed Google reviews, Signature by Regus in Düsseldorf comes through as a professionally managed workspace in a well-connected city-centre location, valued most for its staff and the ease of daily access. The aspect members return to most often is the team on the ground. Reviewers consistently describe being received with warmth and professionalism — one member notes staff who "empfing uns mit seiner herzlichen und professionellen Art" — and it is this human quality that anchors the overall impression. The location earns its own strong thread of praise: public transport and restaurants are, as members put it, comfortably within reach thanks to the central position, making the commute and the midday break alike effortless. Beyond convenience, members describe a calm, spacious atmosphere that supports focused work. The quiet, generous surroundings are mentioned alongside a clean and well-appointed environment, and several reviewers point to equipment described as excellent in quality — details that collectively give the space a sense of considered finish. The honest gaps are worth noting, however. A small number of members flag inconsistency: equipment defects and cleanliness lapses have been observed on occasion, suggesting the high standard is not always uniform. More pointedly, at least one reviewer considers the pricing difficult to justify against the condition of the space at the time of their visit, describing it as too expensive relative to reported defects. These are minority voices, but they signal areas where the experience does not always match expectations.

A great atmosphere, the staff is super helpful and very friendly. There are plenty of opportunities to work in the open area. I can really only recommend it.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this at all! For several reasons, I advise against moving into a Signature apartment in Düsseldorf. Here are our experiences: 1. We were given a cluttered room with dirty walls and a filthy floor. The wall was subsequently painted. Despite repeated promises, the floor was not restored to a proper condition. We had to clean it ourselves with the help of the on-site team. 2. The ventilation system was broken for the entire duration of our ten-month tenancy and was not repaired. 3. An elevator was out of order for approximately three months. 4. Now for the absurd part: Upon moving out, we were charged over €800 for restoring the room to its original condition. We pointed this out, of course, and the response was: policy is policy. While the center team understood our frustration, they unfortunately had no way to reverse this outrageous charge. 5. The only thing that deserves one star is the friendly staff on-site. Otherwise, it's much more show than substance, far too expensive for the condition of the room and all the defects, and ultimately also involves questionable invoices.
