My second disastrous experience as a guest at Regus. Even the central phone number only went to answering machine. No one was at reception, and tenants complained that no one was taking care of anything and many things weren't working. Apparently, only the rent collection process worked smoothly.

The receptionist was incredibly friendly. Everything was perfectly prepared, and we received a detailed introduction to the premises. The facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean. We would gladly use their services again. The parking situation is problematic, as there are hardly any spaces available, and it's easy to get a ticket in front of the building.

The printer has been unusable for over two weeks, and management hasn't done anything to arrange a replacement. It seems Regus is synonymous with antiquated hardware—in this case, an ancient printer. The receptionist deserves 10 stars for her service and customer care. The office space costs a fortune, and this is not representative of the inadequate technical support. Dear IT or management, take action! We live in the 21st century, and it's not even possible to print via USB. Unbelievable and embarrassing.
