UPDATE: The problem was finally resolved by the Global Customer Care Team. After I submitted my complaint to headquarters via social media, my cancellation was accepted and the approximately €550 was fully refunded. However, I want to emphasize: The local customer service was absolutely unhelpful and ignored my inquiries for months. Only through pressure via global channels was I able to assert my rights. Many thanks to Arani S.'s team for the final resolution, but the process was unnecessarily difficult due to the poor local support. --------------------------- As a private individual, I signed up for a membership and cancelled it on the same day. Under German law, I have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Regus completely ignored this. Even though I didn't use the service for a single second, I was forced to pay over €500 just to avoid negative entries in my Schufa credit report. And please don't bother with the standard response, "Create a support ticket." I've tried this countless times already! Your customer service consistently ignored me or fobbed me off with boilerplate responses. Trying to resolve this issue with you has cost me hours of my life – without any result. I'm writing this to warn others: You'll lose hundreds of euros and your sanity here. Stay away!

Dirt, grime, trash, and flies—flies everywhere. Over 40 offices, and the cleaning service only comes twice a week. Even when the cleaning service does come, we have to ask them to clean our office. Trash cans are emptied, but the trash isn't emptied. There's barely enough toilet paper in the restroom. The restrooms aren't cleaned often enough. The dishwasher remains unloaded for a day after it's been used. But the location is good: right on Neumarkt.
