Ich hatte leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Spaces Köln. Vor Vertragsabschluss wurde mir zugesichert, dass Hunde im Coworking-Bereich erlaubt sind – das war für mich entscheidend. Nach Vertragsbeginn hieß es plötzlich, Hunde seien doch nicht gestattet. Ich konnte den Space deshalb nur einen halben Tag lang nutzen, und eine Rückerstattung bzw. sofortige Kündigung meines Abos wurde konsequent abgelehnt. Der Kontakt war höflich, aber aus meiner Sicht in keinster Weise kundenfreundlich. Mein Rat: Alle wichtigen Zusagen unbedingt vorab schriftlich bestätigen lassen und keine längerfristigen Abos abschließen!

Wir sind seit 5 Jahren Mieter. Das Center geht Schritt für Schritt den Bach runter. Seit mind. einem halben Jahr funktioniert der Zugang (Tür) mittels Regus-App nicht mehr. Reklamationen ohne Erfolg. Die Rezeption ist stellenweise nur noch halbtags besetzt. Wassergläser aus dem PublicSpace verschwinden und niemand forscht nach. Und zuguterletzt funktioniert der installierte und kostenpflichtige Farbdrucker seit Tagen nicht mehr. Toner fehlt.
