Outwardly chic and, according to its own advertising, exclusive. However, the only thing exclusive about it are the exorbitant prices. Rented spaces are handed over in a filthy state. Chairs shed dust when you sit on them, and there are stains on all the furniture, flooring, and walls. Toilet paper and soap are regularly lacking in the restrooms. The few kitchens (only one per floor) quickly become a mess. Technical systems (e.g., ventilation) don't work for six months. This isn't addressed for months, complaints go unanswered, and rent reductions aren't accepted. Instead, the internet is cut off. The only positive aspect is the housekeeping staff, who try daily to rectify or mitigate the management's mistakes. There are many other co-working spaces in Berlin…

I will never book Regus again, the coworking office is really dirty, the staff is not friendly and tries every day to leave as early as possible, there is no mobile phone network coverage etc etc etc. 7 months after i left, the billing department contacted me and claimed that i had not paid a bill 9 months ago, only to find out that their employees had allocated my payment to the wrong bills. next: they ask me to help them with all my other payments from 2025. I just think Regus Knesebeckstr. is not a good place.
