Review summary
Across 21 detailed Google reviews, Patchwork Montholon comes across as a warm Paris workspace where the people running it leave the strongest impression. Staff are mentioned more than anything else, with twelve positive comments against two critical ones, and members describe “a wonderfully friendly and welcoming team”. The atmosphere comes next, with eight positive comments and none critical; one reviewer says it makes them feel “instantly at ease”. Several people also single out the location, the offices bathed in natural daylight and the cleanliness of the space. Equipment is described as efficiently maintained, and coffee, hot chocolate and tea are on hand. Meeting rooms are called superb, and one group says it has held several seminars here, so the space also works for events. Overall, positive comments about the team and the equipment clearly outnumber the critical ones. The criticism is limited but specific, and it is worth knowing before a visit. The clearest complaint is noise: two reviewers say the elevators make strange noises that can be heard from the office spaces. A couple of reviews voice reservations about the staff, and a couple more point to problems with the equipment. One reviewer is critical of the food and drink offer, and access draws one negative remark next to one positive one.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Atmosphere, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Equipment.

Today, I heard from the manager of this space: "Yes, sorry, it's normal that we didn't respond and that we closed your request from three weeks ago; it's because we have nothing to say to you." So, communication is clearly optional for him. What about the problem? An extra desk in our space for three weeks! And apparently, they're overloaded and don't have the resources to remove it. The worst part is that he wanted to charge us for deleting a post from our space... since I did it myself, having lost patience, he kindly offered not to charge me. Let's laugh about that.

Unfortunately not the best coworking space in Paris… Many flaws: not open 24/7, really too small sanitary facilities, long repair times and a major oversight for such a busy space: the acoustics of the common areas, meeting rooms and offices.
