Review summary
Across 29 detailed Google reviews, members describe Octavus Office Leipziger Platz as a polished, service-led office address in central Berlin, right next to the Mall of Berlin. The team is the thread running through almost every review. Reviewers repeatedly call the staff and reception friendly, helpful and always present, with one summing them up as “extremely helpful and friendly” and others praising flexible, solution-oriented service. The location comes next: members find it central and easy to reach by bus, subway and commuter train, yet one notes it stays quiet, and a group that spent three days there says they could work intensively. Offices and shared areas are described as modern, well furnished and well equipped, and the Wi-Fi is called fast and reliable. Meeting and conference rooms are a clear strength. Members describe them as high quality and well equipped for meetings, workshops, conferences and training sessions, and several mention that coffee, tea and water were provided. A practical phone booth, professional support for hosted events and harmonious co-tenants who make networking easy also come up, and the two reviewers who mention price call the value for money excellent. The gaps are few but worth knowing. One member's visit coincided with construction noise and some dirt, and the same reviewer found the coffee poor, which stands against otherwise spotless, well-kept impressions. If quiet matters to you, ask whether any building work is going on before you decide.

Octavus has exceeded my expectations. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Their response time is also excellent. Furthermore, Octavus prioritizes the satisfaction of its clients over its own interests. That's rare. A clear recommendation.

I've been a customer here for several years now, and I'd give 100 stars if I could. The team is simply fantastic! Always reliable, punctual, professional, and incredibly friendly. All the offices are always spotlessly clean, modernly furnished, and have everything you could possibly need. And all this at a more than fair price. I was previously with another company and canceled immediately after discovering hidden costs. At Octavus, everything is transparent and communicated openly and fairly beforehand. My clients are also consistently impressed by the location and the office itself, and the transport connections are excellent (bus, subway, commuter train) – all right outside the door.
