Newark Works is a creative coworking campus set inside the restored Stothert & Pitt crane works on the south bank of the River Avon. The Victorian engineering hall has been reborn as a design-led workspace where exposed industrial steel, stone walls and soaring ceilings meet bright, light-flooded floors. Run by TCN, it's aimed at founders, freelancers and growing teams who want personality over corporate polish. Its Clubspace offers everything from a lounge day-pass to non-dedicated ClubFlex desks and dedicated ClubDesks, alongside private office suites and four bookable meeting rooms. Communal kitchens, a bar and cafe, phone booths, showers, lockers and bike storage support the day-to-day, and the community is genuinely active, with 40-plus events a month and a famously dog-friendly door. The centrepiece Crane Hall and riverside breakout spaces give the place a distinctive, sociable energy.

Newark Works sits in the South Quays regeneration area on the south bank of the River Avon, a short walk from Bath's historic centre. Bath Spa railway station is about 8 minutes on foot, with direct trains to Bristol in around 15 minutes and London Paddington in roughly 90 minutes; Bath bus station and the SouthGate shopping quarter are 5-6 minutes away. The immediate riverside stretch mixes restored industrial buildings with newer development, and there's plenty within a couple of minutes' walk for lunch and coffee, including Nowhere Tavern, Coffee#1 and the cafes around SouthGate. The Georgian heart of the city, with the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and Pulteney Bridge, is an easy stroll, and riverside paths along the Avon make for a pleasant break from the desk. It's a well-connected, walkable base that keeps you close to both the station and the city centre.

Booked 2 rooms across two consecutive days for team meetings. The service from Donna was superb - timely and clear communication and she quickly understood our requirements. The overall building was a great environment - and the rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The self-service kitchens worked well and loved having the bakery and coffee shop a few moments away. Highly recommend this venue as an ad hoc meeting space and also for longer term accommodation needs.

A converted crane works now being used for offices. The layout and environment is good for working although the high ceiling and stone walls can make for noisy offices. The shared facilities are great and the management team go out of their way to make everyone feel at home. It is situated close to the city with easy access from the main road.

Guys, keep it up. After visiting your office center, I realized that it is necessary to work not only in a comfortable environment, but also in a stylish place! I definitely fell in love with this turquoise sofa next to the door.
