Companies of 30 people or more can rent a private, serviced myoffice with its own reception, conference and focus rooms on request. The monthly price covers coffee, tea and water, furniture, utilities, fast internet, lockers, daily cleaning, focus rooms, printing and scanning, 24/7 access, a bike room and showers. Desks are height-adjustable with daylight, and the coworking floor has a conference room and a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. The building has a welcome desk, a community manager who runs after-work and expert events, a bistro and café, a fitness room, a rooftop terrace, outdoor lounges, an underground garage with 188 spaces and bookable myconference rooms. Tram O stops two minutes away.

Ungargasse runs through Landstraße, Vienna's 3rd district, a mix of residential blocks, offices and old courtyard houses between Wien Mitte and Rennweg. Tram O stops about two minutes from the door and takes you to Wien Mitte/Landstraße, where the U3 and U4, the S-Bahn and the CAT airport train meet. The Rochusmarkt with its market stalls, bakeries and cafés is a short walk away at the U3 Rochusgasse station, and the shops of Landstraßer Hauptstraße run parallel to Ungargasse. Head south-west and you reach the gardens of the Belvedere; the Stadtpark near Wien Mitte is good for a lunchtime walk.
