Funkensprung Spaces 01 is the first of three coworking spaces the Funkensprung team runs in Vienna, set in a former print shop on Rasumofskygasse right by the Rochusmarkt in the 3rd district. On almost 400 m² there are 28 workstations – flexible and fixed desks and lockable private offices – plus a meeting room, a 60 m² workshop room that takes up to 40 people, a central lounge with an 8-metre bar, a shop window and an inner courtyard. An assistant welcomes your visitors at reception. A flexible desk costs €350 a month and a fixed desk €490 a month; lockable offices start at €900 a month but are currently fully booked. Prices include Wi-Fi (150/50 Mbit), operating costs, electricity, heating, cleaning, insurance, lockers, the kitchen, meeting rooms on a fair-use basis and 24/7 access. Contracts run with three months' notice and a deposit of three months' rent. You can try the space for free before you decide, and wine from the team's favourite winemaker is kept chilled for after-work drinks. Indoors is non-smoking.

Spaces 01 is on Rasumofskygasse in Landstraße, Vienna's 3rd district, a few steps from the Rochusmarkt, a small daily market with food stalls, bakeries and cafés around the square. The U3 stops at Rochusgasse right by the market, three stops from Stephansplatz, and Wien Mitte/Landstraße with the U4, the S-Bahn and the City Airport Train is a short walk away. Landstraßer Hauptstraße, the district's shopping street, starts around the corner, and the Danube Canal with its paths along the water is a few minutes' walk to the north.
