The building is completely new and meets all expectations one could have. As others have already written, the price at Motionlab is an absolute bargain. Equipped with a kitchen that you can use without any problems, a sports studio and much more, you really have everything you need - in Berlin! For around €100 per month you can't miss something like this. In addition, there is the competent and great advice that you get. I have never really felt neglected. Motion Lab is truly a blessing for anyone looking for a cheap coworking space. With other providers, it starts at several hundred euros per month! So 5 stars from me! I can't recommend it more!!!

Beautiful and modern co-working space for the cheapest price you can find in Berlin. Friendly managers and everything in high class quality. Kitchen is new and clean, coffee is free, gym and showers are free and the MakerSpace is equipped with modern machines and equipment. Now comes the best part: all for €99 per month. Anyone who is stupid goes to WEWORK for €450 just because of the name (Chinese investors are very happy)
