MOADOCKS is a waterfront creative space by the communications agency BERND in the administration building of Berlin's Westhafen, the building with the tall tower opposite the harbour basin in Sector F. From the first floor you look out over the busy inland port, its huge warehouses, container trains and cranes, yet meetings and focused work happen in calm surroundings. You can book the creative room for €32 an hour or the meeting room for €40 an hour, each with a minimum of two hours, including Wi-Fi, hot and cold drinks, flipchart and whiteboard, a TV screen and paper and pens. For longer work, a personal desk with office chair costs €360 a month, with high-speed Wi-Fi, use of the kitchen and the option to book the meeting room; terms start at one month and begin on the 1st or 15th. All prices are plus 19 % VAT, and bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Soft drinks and snacks can be added.

MOADOCKS is in the administration building of the Westhafen, Berlin's large inland port on the edge of Moabit. S-Bahn and U-Bahn at Westhafen are about four minutes on foot (the U9 around five, the S41/S42 Ringbahn around ten, according to the operator), and buses stop there too. Coming by car from the Putlitzbrücke, you drive through the barrier and keep left. A café is six minutes away and the Moa Bogen about ten.
