MOADOCKS is a waterfront creative space by the communications agency BERND in the administration building of Berlin's Westhafen, the building with the tall tower opposite the harbour basin in Sector F. The first-floor rooms look out over the busy inland port, its huge warehouses, container trains and cranes, while meetings and focused work happen in calm surroundings. The creative room costs €32 an hour and the meeting room €40 an hour, each with a minimum of two hours, including Wi-Fi, hot and cold drinks, flipchart and whiteboard, a TV screen and paper and pens. For longer work, a personal desk with office chair costs €360 a month, with high-speed Wi-Fi, use of the kitchen and the option to book the meeting room; terms start at one month and begin on the 1st or 15th. All prices are plus 19 % VAT, and bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Soft drinks and snacks can be added.
