I participated in a personal development workshop in the Curtain Room on a Saturday morning. The room was prepared and set up exactly as we had agreed. Ivana, from the Loft team, was there and helped us—she was truly impeccable in her approachability, service, and friendliness. She was a delight, facilitating everything and providing support in every detail, which made the workshop truly special. I have no doubt that, if the opportunity arose again, I would definitely use their services!
