The open-plan flex and fixed zones have brick walls and industrial ceilings, plus phone booths, five bookable meeting rooms for six or ten people and a soundproofed podcast and content studio. A day pass costs €29, Flex part-time (three days a week) starts at €139 a month and Flex full-time at €199 a month on a one-year plan (€249 month to month). Fixed XL desks of 140 × 80 cm with a Herman Miller chair start at €319 a month, or €359 with a height-adjustable desk. All prices include VAT. Access is 24/7, with package reception and a programme of afterworks, talks and networking events. Guided tours can be booked online, and a 360° virtual tour is on the website.

Llacuna station on metro line L4 is about five minutes on foot, and the line runs straight into the city centre; Plaça de Catalunya, the Sagrada Família and the Parc de la Ciutadella are all well connected from here. The building has its own car park for cars, motorbikes, bikes and scooters, with charging for electric vehicles.

La Fabrica & Co is a spacious and welcoming coworking space with dedicated areas for focused work as well as larger spaces for events. What makes it especially valuable is the community. We met many interesting people here today, and the space regularly brings together both locals and expats. It’s the kind of place where you can not only work productively, but also meet new friends, colleagues, business partners, founders, and even potential investors. Highly recommended for anyone looking for more than just a desk - it’s a great place to grow your network and become part of an international community

We stayed here for 6 nights. The atmosphere is fantastic, with hallways and rooms designed down to the smallest detail. The property offers a common area, a gym, coworking, a rooftop pool (the water filter could use a makeover), shared kitchens, and much more. The staff has always been very kind and transparent. Highly recommended, and we'll probably stay here again when we return to Barcelona.
