Disastrous accounting, services are being billed that were never requested, and refunds aren't working – an absolute nightmare for weeks, costing a fortune! UPDATE from March 1, 2026: Despite significant escalations and countless letters, services that have already been paid for have now been billed again... UNBELIEVABLE UNPROFESSIONAL. I'll be glad when this ordeal is over. I absolutely cannot recommend this organization or the service provider REGUS in any way; it's a complete no-go, and we have prohibited any future contracts with this company within our global organization!

Some time ago, I spoke with a woman who speaks German. She translated for me so I understood everything correctly. We got to the topic of my bank account, and I said I would discuss it with my husband and that he would call me back if he agreed, or that they would call me again. I never called back, nor did they call me again to give me my bank account details or confirm a contract with them! After a while, a man from the bank called me and told me about a bank account that wasn't mine, and repeated this, telling me that this was my bank account... this bank account that this man said had nothing to do with mine... After a while, letters from 1N TPI started threatening me that they would sue me if I didn't pay the amount I owed them... I can't understand how I can have a contract with someone when they didn't record the conversation with the girl in question, I don't even know her name, and... I clearly stated that I would discuss it with my husband first and then call back to confirm whether or not I agreed to this contract they had made for me... CHEATS AND LIARS!!!!
