Leider aktuell eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Design Offices / IWG nach der Fusion. Eine bereits am 08.04.2026 erfolgte Abbuchung aus einem bestehenden Vertragsverhältnis vor der Fusion konnte intern plötzlich nicht mehr zugeordnet werden. Trotz mehrfach übersandter Kontoauszüge, Rechnungen und Bankbestätigungen erhalte ich seit Wochen überwiegend standardisierte Textbausteine statt einer tatsächlichen individuellen Prüfung. Besonders problematisch: Die verwendete IBAN entsprach der damaligen SEPA-/Vertragsstruktur von Design Offices. Dennoch wird weiterhin argumentiert, die Zahlung könne „nicht gefunden“ werden. Für mich wirkt dies eher wie ein internes Zuordnungs- oder Migrationsproblem nach der Fusion. Der Support vor Ort im Standort Essen war stets freundlich und bemüht. Die zentrale Bearbeitung durch das Account Helpdesk hingegen empfinde ich als äußerst unkoordiniert und kundenunfreundlich. Ich erwarte bei einem professionellen Anbieter, dass: * historische Vertrags- und Zahlungsdaten nachvollziehbar verarbeitet werden, * dokumentierte Zahlungen korrekt geprüft werden, * und Kunden nicht wochenlang mit identischen Standardantworten hingehalten werden. Sehr schade, da die Zusammenarbeit vor der Fusion deutlich reibungsloser verlief.
