Review summary
Across 13 detailed Google reviews, HQ Barcelona at Sants Station comes across as a large, well-equipped workspace in a convenient transit-connected location, sitting directly beside the L3 Tarragona metro exit and within easy reach of the mainline station. The most consistent praise goes to the staff. Members single out Barbara and Rebecca by name across multiple reviews, describing them as genuinely helpful presences that make navigating the space considerably easier. Meeting rooms and private offices — including Regus-managed suites on the fourth floor — draw positive mentions for being fully equipped, and reviewers note that the facilities are generally clean and quiet, with a kitchenette stocked with a coffee machine and snacks available during the working day. Where the space does stand out, it is largely through its people rather than its physical environment. The staff's responsiveness and warmth appear to be the single clearest differentiator, with members returning to this point independently across reviews. That said, several honest gaps emerge. The sheer scale of the building is frequently cited as disorienting, with members noting it is easy to get lost. Atmosphere draws repeated criticism, with some reviewers describing the overall feel as unwelcoming or stressful, particularly when time is short. Pricing is another recurring concern — more than one member flags that the quality-to-price ratio feels difficult to justify. Cleanliness is mostly praised but draws at least one dissenting note, suggesting consistency may vary.
Members most consistently praise Staff & service, Cleanliness, and Equipment. The most-raised point to know about is Atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience with this coworking space and was very pleased. I had a meeting and rented an office. I understand they carry several brands. I booked a Regus office; they're on the 4th floor and everything is quite nice. There's a sofa in the lobby for waiting and a kitchenette with a coffee machine and snacks if needed. The restrooms are clean. The offices themselves are also equipped with everything you need. I needed help with my device since I arrived early, and they kindly agreed to help. I had a great experience.
