Das Gebäude überzeugt durch seine außergewöhnliche Architektur und dem Zusammenspiel von Nachhaltigkeit, digitaler Innovation und hoher Aufenthaltsqualität. Besonders positiv ist die Atmosphäre im gesamten Gebäude: offen, hell und einladend. Die Gestaltung der gemeinschaftlichen Bereiche ist hochwertig. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf innovative Gebäudetechnik, Energieeffizienz und ein zukunftsorientiertes Nutzungskonzept gelegt wurde. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.
