Overwhelmingly positive experience! Admittedly I was a stranger to the concept of co-working, but I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. "Cosy" and "charming" are two words that immediately spring to mind. Very laid-back atmosphere, real human communication and supportive hosts / co-owners. Marc & Marion are a great team and some of the nicest people I've ever met! Well organized space with all the 21st century essentials. It is truly affordable, even for indie lowlife artists like me, and they care about sustainability. As long as your requirements aren't unreasonably extravagant in terms of amenities and are looking for a basic, friendly, no-nonsense place to get your stuff done in Noord Amsterdam I would recommend de Werkplek to absolutely anyone. Cute building with rooftop patio. Lots of plants. A valuable asset to the community there!
