Coffee and tea are included, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room with a fireplace, a green courtyard and tables out on the quiet side street, and a workshop garage with a crystal chandelier for bike repairs and DIY projects. A desk costs €195 a month with three months' notice or €245 with one month's notice, plus 20% VAT and a €500 deposit. Review summary
Across 11 detailed Google reviews, das Kommod in Vienna comes across as a sociable, easygoing coworking space with a strong sense of community. Community is the most frequently mentioned theme, with members pointing to "great people and interesting conversations", and the overall atmosphere draws similar praise, with one reviewer recommending the place to anyone. Equipment comes up often and mostly positively: reviewers list a projector, whiteboard, printer and scanner among the things on hand, and good Wi-Fi gets a mention too. The location is another recurring plus, as members note that it is very well connected by several public transport lines. A fully equipped kitchen is appreciated, and the conference room is described as nicely furnished. Members also speak warmly of the easygoing owners. Smaller notes include quiet workspaces alongside friendly interaction with others, welcome outdoor seating, and occasional evening get-togethers. The criticism is limited but worth knowing. One review voices a reservation about the equipment, so not every member is fully satisfied on that front, and another notes that the space is naturally a bit darker in winter, which may matter to anyone who relies on daylight.
